In late 2006, I founded reach-mc with a focus on providing out-sourced marketing support for business owners and SMEs. When the global financial crash hit in 2008 it was time for a re-think! Interestingly the re-think was a necessity for many companies because it was very clearly no longer “business as usual.” I worked with many businesses and leadership teams to successfully re-set their strategy and approach to a new way of doing business.

In times of crisis, challenge or economic downturn, rather than battening down the hatches and struggling through those businesses who are entrepreneurial in their approach to re-focus and develop a critical action plan which all key team members can shape and buy in to make the difference between those which went on to achieve growth and those that fell by the wayside.

In the meantime, reach-mc has gone on to become an award-winning management consultancy working with senior management and their teams providing coaching delivering exceptional results for businesses and individuals.
